Comar Architectural Aluminium Systems, with their approved fabricator APiC UK Ltd; recently completed a major refurbishment mixed use project for Park Regis Hotels in Birmingham. Situated in the city centre on Broad Street this project involved a complete redesign of the existing 1960’s, 175,000 sq ft office building, Auchinleck House, into a 4* 260 bed hotel and conference facility. This bustling and vibrant hotel in a prime location also includes a luxury Urban Spa, Gym, a Skybar roof top lounge/restaurant with panoramic city views, retail units, 15th floor conference and banqueting facilities and a 4th floor business centre.
